UK sends 30 troops and 2,000 anti-tank weapons to Ukraine

The UK has provided Ukraine with 2,000 anti-tank weapons because of the threat of a Russian invasion. 30 fighters of the British special squad will teach the Ukrainian military how to use it.

About 30 fighters of the British Army Special Operations Brigade arrived in Ukraine to train Ukrainian military personnel. They will teach the Armed Forces of Ukraine how to use the anti-tank weapons that the UK has sent to Ukraine.

“Fighters of the Ranger Regiment, part of the newly formed Army Special Operations Brigade, took off in military aircraft. During this week, about 2,000 anti-tank missile launchers were also sent to Ukraine” – the newspaper writes.

British spy planes have also been flagged as part of the undisclosed but visible support for Ukraine’s troops, according to Sky News. A flight tracking program has spotted an RAF C-17 transport aircraft flying between the UK and Ukraine. The publication claims that since January 17 there have been several flights.
