Turkey and Poland to deepen military cooperation
The signing of the framework agreement on cooperation between Turkey and Poland will add momentum to our cooperation, Turkish Defence Minister Hulusi Akar in Warsaw assessed after a meeting with his Polish counterpart Mariusz Błaszczak.
During a joint press conference, Mr Akar assured that as NATO allies, Turkey and Poland would deepen their military cooperation, saying, “we have made the decision that our delegation will meet more often within the framework of our strategic partnership when it comes to the armaments industry”. He also stated that new military missions will be sent.
