US Air Force will receive 400 ‘reaching Russia’ stealth missiles
The US Air Force will receive 400 AGM-158B JASSM-ER stealth cruise missiles “capable of reaching Russia” by mid-2025.
It is noted that the contract concluded with Lockheed Martin provides for the production of missiles by mid-2025, RIA Novosti reports.
In the summer of 2020, the Ukrainian consulting company Defense Express announced that the missile armament of the US Air Force’s B-52H Stratofortress strategic bombers could “strike” at Russia without the aircraft entering the airspace controlled by the S-400 Triumph air defense system.
